Shipping Within Australia
We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at 1% of the order total at checkout. This covers standard delivery via reputable Australian couriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, and Toll.

Dispatch Times
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days
- Special order items: Dispatched within 5-10 business days (you will be notified of expected delivery)
- Order before 12pm AEST: Same-day dispatch for metro Sydney deliveries
Delivery Areas
- Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 1-3 business days
- Regional NSW, VIC, QLD: 2-5 business days
- SA, WA, TAS, NT: 3-7 business days
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery through the courier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. For international orders, please contact us at info@quantumsolutions.com.au for a custom quote.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. A re-delivery fee may apply for packages returned due to incorrect address.
